Initial Visit

90-min comprehensive intake visit via telemedicine.
This is when you and I start planning your roadmap to better health together. I’ll get to know you and your history including current diagnoses, previous and current treatments, and what has or has not worked for you. I’ll also review and/or order lab work and likely recommend initial treatment options.
Individual Visit Options
Follow-Up Visit

60- min follow-up visit via telemedicine.
In this visit, we’ll review any recent lab and/or imaging results, assess your progress, and update your treatment plan. This includes evaluating how your current therapies are working and making adjustments to your treatment plan as needed.
Visit Extensions
$75
Optional 15-minute visit extension
Sometimes you want a more detailed explanation of your condition(s). You may want more information of the underlying physiological processes and how a specific micronutrient or amino acid increases neurotransmitter activity or why your prescription medication causes side effects. I love helping patients fully understand their specific condition and that often takes longer than we have in a typical visit.

Includes 90-min initial visit and two 60-min follow-up visits. Best suited for patients without chronic complex concerns, including those interested in hormonal issues, nervous system support, or functional digestive concerns.

Includes 90-min initial visit and five 60-min follow-up visits. Best suited for patients with chronic complex concerns, including autoimmune diseases, CME, mast cell dysfunction, and mysterious concerns that multiple practitioners have struggled to diagnose or explain.
